• Guidance on incorporating as a nonprofit, including

  • completing bylaws and articles of incorporation,

  • forming a board of directors,

  • filing for incorporation with the VT Secretary of State, and

  • applying for 501c3 status with the IRS

• Exploration of shared leadership and collective decision making models while working within legal requirements of an organization's structure.

• Grant Writing - I specialize in writing proposals for grants between $5,000 and $50,000 from state agencies, municipal governments, and both private and public foundations. Please note that I am not taking on federal grant applications at this time.

• Copy Editing - I offer editing services for a wide variety of material, including op-eds, website and social media texts, grant proposal drafts, campaign literature, speeches, reports, cover letters, and resumes.
